Are you ready for Valentines Day? I know what I’m making for dinner and dessert, but that’s about it. Jeff and I, will probably get the kids to bed, snuggle, and watch a movie on the couch. Yeah, I know we are real exciting people. But, I might get you excited with this dessert. It’s super easy and really yummy. Win win! I was able to find these pretty crystal fake vases at the dollar store, that worked perfect for the presentation of this dessert. If you have real ones even better, but I wasn’t about to serve my kids in a real crystal glass, so I settled for plastic! Glass and my kids don’t mix. I guess that’s not really a fair statement, since I just recently shattered my beautiful pitcher. I bought a Mikasa glass pitcher about two months ago. When I bought it, I said to Jeff, “How long do you think this is going to last? I give it two months max!” Jeff, just grinned. Well, thinking that it would be one of the kiddos breaking it and not muah, no, I would never! Well, guess what? I turned around and knocked that sucker with my elbow straight into the kitchen sink and it shattered. I was a bit upset, but laughed, because I knew the thoughts I had and the comment I made to Jeff. I’m keeping these lips shut from now on!
